Rules for a Shared Experience
Our Amenity center is shared between two Airbnbs. So here’s a couple of guidelines to make it a great experience for everyone.
Be respectful of others, share everything and be nice
Keep it Family-friendly, language, no excessive drinking, music, etc…
No pets
Clean-up after yourselves. Trash cans are provided.
Minors must be with an adult at all times for pool safety.
Property, Hot tub, Fire-pit rules apply, same as your private amenities.
Other details:
Hours of Operation: 10 AM - 9 PM
Must sign liability waiver prior to using the area, guests and visitors both.
No restrooms, use your Airbnbs.
No guests outside of the Airbnb guest registry without explicit permission from property owner.
There are cameras in the area for the protection of our guests as it’s a shared space.
